摘　　要：数字图书馆是理想,是奋斗目标。未来图书馆在相当长的历史阶段是传统文献与数字化文献共存的复合图书馆。复合图书馆是数字图书馆的过渡阶段。复合图书馆资源建设应利用各种现代技术对传统馆藏与虚拟资源进行整合和序化,以满足不同读者的需求。Digital library is an ideal and the goal of the library development. In a long period, future library is a hybrid library of traditional and digital literature. Hybrid library is a transitional phase of digital library. In order to satisfy the demand of every reader, the resource construction in hybrid library should use all modern technologies to integrate and streamline the traditional collection and hybrid resource.
