摘　　要：系统介绍了舞钢开发的针状铁素体型 X70宽厚板的设计思路、工艺特点和实物水平 ;采用电炉+炉外精炼 +连铸 + TMCP工艺生产的 X70宽厚板满足西气东输专用技术条件的要求 。This article makes a systematic description of the design idea,process features and actual product level of acicular ferritic type of X70 wide and heavy plate developed by Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.X70 wide and heavy plate produced by means of arc furnace+out-of-furnace refining+continuous casting+TMCP process meets the requirements of special technical specification for transmission of gas from west to east and is used in main trunk project of transmission of gas from west to east in large quantities.
