摘　　要：通过对影响烧结返矿率的因素进行分析 ,从优化配料、强化制粒和造球、提高料层厚度、实现低碳低水均质烧结等几个方面着手 ,使烧结返矿率从 1998年的 2 3 6%降到了2 0 0 3年的 16 9%。Through analyzing the factors influencing the returns out,some measures,such as proportioning optimization,deep bed and low water/carbon sintering and granulation enhance etc ,were adopted in 28?m 2 sintering machine system of ANGANG As a result,the sinter returns were decreased to 16 9%
