摘　　要：我国图书馆长期以来缺乏开放意识,导致很难适应现代科技社会的发展,本文分析了缺乏开放意识的原因和应采取的对策。Libraries of our countries lack open consciousness for a long time, lead to the fact that it is very difficult to adapt to the development of the modern scientific and technological society, The paper analyses the reason and corresponding countermeasures.
