摘　　要：球团竖炉的基建投资少 ,焙烧球团矿生产成本低 ,比较适合中小型冶金企业应用。济钢所用球团竖炉经多次改进其炉体结构与生产操作工艺后 ,消除或减小了原来炉内焙烧热能利用不充分、球团料不易被烧透的缺点 ,使用性能大为改善 。Because of the investment in capital construction and production cost are low, pellet shaft furnace is well suitable for medium and small metallurgy enterprises. After the improvement on the structure and productive operation technology for many times, the pellet shaft furnace of Jigang has eliminated or reduced many original defects of making inadequate use of roasting heat energy and hard to roast pellet through. Therefore the using performance of pellet shaft furnace has got great amelioration and its production ability has improved.
