摘　　要：专项业务系统的应用是电力行业信息化的重要部分 ,而结合管理信息系统的应用环境可以开发出更高层次的专项应用系统。送电工程设计作为一种典型的电力工程设计 ,其软件实现可以为同类系统所借鉴。本文描述了一个构筑于管理信息系统基础上的送电工程设计软件的开发过程 ,首先详细阐述了对送电工程设计的需求分析以确定其软件结构 ,接着对软件实现过程中的若干技术问题诸如界面集成、文档管理、权限控制等进行了研究探讨并提供其解决方案。The application of special operation software is an important tendency in electrical industry.And advanced special operation software can be developed with management information system.Much experience can be gained from the realization of design software of electric power delivery engineering as it is a tyipcal design of electric power engineering.This dissertation describes the design and development of MIS_based design software of electric power delivery engineering.The detailed requirement analyse of electric power delivery engineering is presented.It also discusses several technical problems such as interface integration,documents management,jurisdiction control and gives corresponding solutions.
