摘　　要：本文介绍一种小型橡胶沥青加工设备,它包括搅拌装置、加热容器和电控装置。搅拌装置位于加热容器的上方,搅拌装置带有搅拌轴,电控装置控制搅拌装置使搅拌轴下降进入加热容器内或者上升从加热容器中取出,并控制搅拌轴的搅拌速度和加热容器的加热温度。本设备加工的橡胶沥青性能良好、质量稳定、符合规范要求,具有全程工艺可控、加热与搅拌一体化、操作方便、搅拌效果好等优点,是一款实用的橡胶沥青加工设备。This paper describes a small size Rubber-Asphalt processing equipment, it includes stirring device, heating container and electric control device. Stirring device is located above heating container, stirring device with a stirring shaft,electric control device controlls stirring device for stirring shaft fell into a heated container or lifted out from the heating container, controls stirring speed of the stirring shaft and the heating temperature of the heating container. The processed Rubber-Asphalt has good sample performance, stable quality, and it meets regulatory requirements. It has many advantages including full process control, heating and stirring integration, easy operation, good mixing effect, etc, and it is a practical Rubber-Asphalt processing equipment.
