摘 要:在四球摩擦试验机上研究了二聚酸-3-氯-2-羟基丙单酯磨损自补偿添加剂(SRT1)与常用添加剂的复配特性。结果表明:极压抗磨剂T202、T304、T301、T306及T404与SRT1复配时均有一适宜的加量范围,方对摩擦磨损性能产生增效作用,T501、T601、T705及T803对SRT1的摩擦学性能无影响,而T103使SRT1的抗磨性能降低。并对其原因进行了探讨。Four-ball machine tests were performed to study the friction reducing and antiwear properties of 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propyl dimmer acid monoester (SRT1) combining with the typical oil additives. Trie experimental result showed that the synergjstic effect may be observed when the quantity of zine dialkyldithiophosphate (T202), chlorinated paraffin-42 (T301), tricresyl phosphate (T306), sulfur cotton oil (T404) et additives combined respectively with SRT1 was appropriate. The tribological behavior of SRT1 isn't affected in the presence of butylated hydroxy to luene (T501), propylen-vinyl butyl ether (T601), basic salt dinonylnaphthalene barium sulfouate (T705) or poly-α-olefin (T803) respectively. But the wear of SRT1 is increased in the presence of overbased petroleum calcium sulfonate (T103). Furthemore, the interaction of additives was also studied.
