摘　　要：分析了中国加入WTO后电池遭遇的反倾销与337调查的有关信息,提出电池界建立预警机制的观点是正确的。With China's WTO enter,the antidumping and the uptodate information of 337 investigation on alkaline battery were analyzed. It was correct to put forward the viewpoint of setting up the forewarning mechanism in battery circles.
