摘  要:在进行滚齿的切削仿真程序设计中,其中最大的难点是对刀具和轮坯的空间关系和运动关系的描述和建模,尤其是存在误差因素时对刀具和轮坯之间运动关系的建模。就这个难点,讨论了正常滚齿过程的模型建立和误差因素的输入,重点提出了存在运动偏心时刀具和轮坯之间运动关系的数学建模,最后考察了周节累积误差和运动偏心量的关系。While carrying out simulative program design for hobbing machining,the most difficult point is the description and modelling on the relationship between the cutter and gear blank both in space and in motion,especially the modelling of motion relation between cutter and gear blank in case there exists factors of error.The establishment of model of normal hobbing process and the input of error factors have been discussed on this difficult point.Mathematic modelling upon motion relation between cutter and gear blank has been proposed emphatically.Finally,the relationship between accumulative error of circular pitch and amount of motion eccentricity has been investigated.
