摘　　要：主要介绍在IP网络电视应用中的流媒体处理技术。首先简要介绍了因特网上的流媒体技术和MPEG-2中TS流的格式,以及网络电视系统的框架;然后针对在网络电视系统中对TS流处理所涉及的模块,分别介绍了多种格式媒体的输入处理、流媒体的安全保障和多路节目复用的技术;最后介绍这些技术在系统中的具体实现。This paper describes the technology of processing streaming media in IP networking TV systems.In this paper,we first introduce the streaming media technology in Internet and MPEG-2TS standard and the architechture of IPTV,then to the problems in processing streaming media in IPTV systems ,mainly about streaming media's security,program streams' multiplexing and multiple media formats supporting,we propose our solutions and implement them in our IP networking TV system.
