摘　　要：介绍一种用于压制特殊形状叶片的模具结构及设计方法,该叶片尺寸大,长度约1 300 mm,宽度约400 mm,要求严,整体呈螺旋状,又有斜度和折边,材料为不锈钢,成型困难。这里介绍的模具结构是经生产验证过的成功方案。The method of designing the die for pressing a special shape large vane is introduced. The vane is strict with its shape and dimension is about 1300mm long and 400mm wide. The body of the vane twists has both draft and hem. It is made of SS. It抯 very difficult to form. The die introduced here is a successful solution, which is applied in practice.
