摘　　要：提出了刀具管理系统在DNC系统中的运行模式和系统开发的关键技术 ,开发了基于三层Client/Server体系结构的分布式刀具管理系统 ,给出了车间刀具存储策略和相应的车间日备刀量算法。The operation model of tool management system in DNC and the key technologies of developing the system are presented. A distributed tool management system in DNC based on the three layer Client/Server is developed. The tool storage strategy and the algorithm of short term tool plan in workshop are presented. The tool information share between upper layer computer systems and the tool information interactive between upper computer systems and lower layer NC machining equipments in DNC can be carried out by the tool management system.
