摘 要:用DOP(depthofpenetration)实验研究了质量分数为 90 %的Al2 O3 陶瓷复合靶抗长杆弹侵彻性能。实验表明 :随陶瓷厚度的增加 ,以差分效益系数和靶平均阻力表征的陶瓷复合靶的抗长杆弹侵彻性能降低 ;盖板能增强陶瓷复合靶抗侵彻性能。对回收陶瓷和盖板的破坏特征分析表明 :长杆弹对陶瓷复合靶侵彻过程大致可分为初期侵彻和稳定侵彻两个阶段 ,但对薄靶和厚靶 。Experimental study has been performed to investigate the ballistic performance of confined 90% Al 2O 3 ceramic targets against long rod penetrators using the DOP(depth of penetration) test. Results indicate that the ballistic performance, in terms of differential efficiency factor Δ e c and Tate target resistance R t, decreases with increasing ceramic thickness and cover plates can enhance the ballistic performance. By examining the fracture and deformation in the recovered ceramic targets and cover plates, it is found that the process of penetration of long rods into ceramic targets consists mainly of initial penetration and quasi steady penetration stages. The macro mechanical properties of ceramics such as shear strength, compressive strength et al play a significant role in the initial penetration, and the flow properties of the pulverized ceramics govern the penetration resistance in the quasi steady penetration stage. The initial penetration is important for thin ceramic targets while the quasi steady penetration is a major process for thick ceramic targets.
