浅谈财会机构分设

摘　　要：因会计职能与财务职能的分离及推进现代企业制度改革的需要,客观上要求会计机构与财务机构分设。建议我国企业应尽快设立总管理会计师制度,逐步取代总经济师制度,以进一步改革企业目前仍在实行的“一长三师”制。The reform of modern enterprise system and the division of finance function and accounting function require that the accounting organization and finance organization should be divided. It is suggested in this article that the system of chief management accountant be build to replace the system of chief economic master step by step and make further reform on the prevailing' one manager and three chiefs' in enterprises.
