摘　　要：介绍了 OAIS参考模型的概念与框架 ,分析其对数字资源的长期保存功能。中文元数据方案的设计基于 OAIS参考模型 ,包括了描述性、管理性、技术性和法律性信息 。This document describes the conceptions and framework of OAIS reference model. It analyses the metadata framework which enables the long-term preservation of digital resources. The authors define the Chinese Metadata Schema largely base on the OAIS reference model. The Chinese Metadata Schema is composed of various information types: descriptive, administrative, technical, legal. This schema supports meaningful access to the archived Chinese digital content.
