摘　　要：针对电子计算机对外国责任者一项的著录进行了分析、探讨。从著录标准的规定、历史的沿革以及今天的著录方式多个角度加以分析 ,并提出了一些个人见解 ,力图探索出一种更具实用价值。The paper analyses and inquires the description of CNMARC for foreign responsible author. It analyses the stipulation of describing standard,its history and describing way today,and then some proposals are offored in order to explorate the way of more practical and standard description.
