摘　　要：随着我国城市郊区化和乡村城镇化进程的明显加快,城市要素和乡村要素相互影响、相互作用日趋强烈,城乡交错带逐渐成为我国土地利用问题最多、矛盾最尖锐的地区。本文分析了我国城乡交错带土地利用的特征、存在的主要问题及其原因,提出了该地域范围内土地合理开发与利用的对策。With the speeding up of city's suburbanization and rural area's urbanization,their inter-action become more and more.But the problems widely exist in land use between the urban and rural regions.In this paper,the authors ana-lyzed the characteristics and main problems of land use;the reasons of the problems,and presented the countermea-sures.
