摘　　要：本文介绍了荣获2002年度国家自然科学奖一等奖项目的主要学术成就,同时对基础科学研究的管理工作做了简要的评述。This article summarizes the major achievements of the First Prize of National Natural Science of 2002, and some comments related to basic research have also been made.
