摘  要:通过三种栽培灵芝品种菌株在不同碳源、氮源及不同种配方的母种培养基上的生长实验 ,筛选出适合其生长的最适碳源、氮源和最佳培养基配方 .试验结果表明 :三种栽培灵芝菌株菌丝体在玉米粉、可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、葡萄糖、乳糖和麦牙糖这几种碳源中 ,以玉米粉为最适碳源 ;在花生饼粉、酵母膏、蛋白胨等几种氮源中 ,以花生饼粉为最适氮源 .并表明在PDA培养基中添加蛋白胨和大量元素对菌丝体生长均有促进作用 ,且其影响效果可以累加 .Through the growth experiments on strain mycelium of three kinds cultivars of Ganoderma, the most suitable carbon source, nitrogen source and the optimum prescription of medium have been worked out. The results showed that the corn powder is the most suitable carbon source among corn powder, soluble starch, sucrose, glucose, lactose and maltose, and powder of peanut cake is the most suitable nitrogen source among peanut powder cake, yeast extract, peptone, etc. The experimental results also showed that PDA madia supplemented with peptone or the major mineral salts could promote the growth of mycelium, and the promoting effect is accumulatable.
