摘　　要：市场和价格是市场经济的灵魂 ,价格机制是市场机制的核心。在建筑市场 ,工程价格机制是建筑市场中最重要的机制 ,只有建立起由企业自主定价、市场竞争形成工程价格、政府间接调控、社会全面监督的价格运行机制 。Market and price are the soul of economy while price mechanism is the core of market mechanism. And the engineering price is a most important mechanism of the construction market. Only by establishing an operating mechanism, under which the enterprise sets the price independently, the engineering price is formed through market competition with the indirect regulation and control of the government and the overall supervision from the society can the resources of the construction market field be configured reasonably.
