蒙脱石原位合成高热稳定性Al-MCM-41

摘　　要：采用蒙脱石作为硅铝源前驱体,在矿物表面硅源和溶液硅源的共同作用下,在活化蒙脱石表面原位合成了高热稳定性Al-MCM-41。利用矿物表面硅源使得合成所用模板剂用量降低,合成产物的热稳定性较高,溶液硅源与表面硅源共同作用在模板剂上,聚合、沉淀得到长程结构较好的Al-MCM-41。本文对合成样品的XRD、比表面积、热稳定性、电子显微镜等进行了测试,对模板剂用量、NaOH的浓度和活化时间等进行了讨论。合成产物的热稳定性高,在800℃煅烧2h后仍具有很高的比表面积,达800m^2/g在1200℃煅烧2h后仍具有较高的比表面积,达100m^2/g以上。High thermal stability Al-MCM-41 was synthesized in-situ on NaOH Na-montmorillonite by using solution silicate and surface silicate as Si and Al source . The bulk of CTAB can be decreased and the synthesized sample will be stable with surface silicate as Si source. While well long-ranged structure Al-MCM-41 can be obtained by using solution silicate and surface silicate as Si and Al source interacting on the CTAB in the synthesis process. The effect of the bulk of CTAB, NaOH and the acting time of NaOH was discussed through XRD, nitrogen adsorption, heat stability, TEM. The synthesized sample has high thermal stability, and its specific surface area has more than 800m2/g after heating at 800℃ for 2h or 100m2/g after heating at 1200℃ for 2h.
