摘　　要：立足于建设社会主义法治国家的理论视角,从现实之需的触动,运用规范研究的方法对中国体育法在市场经济条件下的基本理论构成和价值趋向以及具体运作等问题进行了初步的探索,并对体育产业运作和发展过程中的相关问题提出了解决的建议,力图寻找出能够符合中国体育产业健康稳定持续发展的理论模式。From the theoretical visual point of building a socialist country governed by law and for the needs of the reality the basic theoretical structure, value orientation and the practical operation of the sports law of China under the condition of market economy were approached preliminarily by the standard research method. Suggestions were put forward for solving the correlative problems in the course of sports industry operation and development in order to find out a theoretical pattern suitable to the healthy, steady and sustainable development of sports industries in China.
