通窍活血汤治疗缺血性脑血管病性头痛62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察清代名医王清任的通窍活血汤治疗缺血性脑血管病性头痛的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机单盲对照法 ,中药组 6 2例 ,用通窍活血汤治疗 ;对照组 5 6例 ,用西药尼莫地平、谷维素治疗。疗程共 5周。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征、血液流变学指标的改变。结果 :中药治疗组对头痛、眩晕、口面麻木等优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;对改善血液流变学指标全血比粘度、血浆比粘度及总有效率均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: To observe the clinical effects of using Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction ,which was invented by Wang Qingren, to treat the patients with ischemia vascular headache. Methods: Using random and single blindness contrast, 118 cases of ischemia vascular headache were divided into two groups. Which group 1 (62 cases) was treated with Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction, group 2 (56 cases) was treated with Nimodipine and oryzanol. The changes of symptoms, and hemorheology tests were evaluated after five weeks. Results:Compared with group 2, patients in group 1 had been much better improved not only in symptoms of headache, dizziness and face numbness, but also in blood viscosity. Conclusion: Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction is very effective in treatment for ischemia vascular headache. [
