摘 要:离子交换法是从矿浆中提取金属的主要方法之一 .介绍了一种用于从真实氰化矿浆中提取金的带有两种弱碱官能团的新型大孔阴离子交换树脂的合成方法 ,并研究了交联度和胺化反应条件对树脂提金性能的影响 .树脂对金的交换容量为 1 6mg g干树脂 ,树脂对金的选择性为 1 .1 .与苏联制造的提金树脂相比 。Ion exchange method is one of the important technologies for abstracting metal from ore. The synthesis of a new macroporous anion exchange resin with two of weak-base functional groups for extracting gold from cyaniding pulp was presented. The effects of resin crosslinking and animating condition on its performance for extracting gold were studied .The exchange capacity of the resin for gold was determined to be 16 mg/g dry resin and the selective coefficient for gold was 1.1. The performance of this new macroporous anion exchange resin is better then that made in Russia and can be widely used metallurgy industry.
