摘  要:用100个Operon引物,对两优培九及其双亲之间的多态性进行扩增RAPD分析,发现OPN9等4个引物能显示稳定的多态性。用OPN9对人为混有培矮64S的两优培九种子样本进行纯度鉴定,结果该引物能准确地将掺入杂种中的不育系鉴别出来。该方法具有快速、准确、成本低等特点。The DNAs of Liangyou Peijiu and its two parents (Pei'ai 64S and 9311) were used for polymorphic analysis by RAPD with about 100 Operon primers. Four primers including OPN9 could amplify stable polymorphic bands. Primer OPN9 was further used for the evaluation of its practical utilization in purity identification. A sample of the hybrid seeds of Liangyou Peijiu purposedly adulterated with the seeds of Pei'ai 64S was analyzed and the results indicated that the primer OPN9 could distinguish the adulterated Pei'ai 64S seeds from the hybrid seeds of Liangyou Peijiu exactly. This method is rapid, accurate and low cost, so it should be a practical way in purity identification of hybrid seeds of Liangyou Peijiu.
