通气散外敷治疗腹部手术后腹胀效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹部手术后肠功能恢复情况。方法将120例择期腹部手术后持续镇痛病人随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组协助病人早期下床活动自然排气.观察组在此基础上采用通气散外敷神厥穴.观察记录肠蠕动恢复时间及肛门排气时间。结果 对照组和观察组肠蠕动恢复有效率比较.P<0.01.差异有极显著性意义.肠蠕动恢复时间观察组为(20.83士7.93)h,对照组(30.30士14.86)h;肛门排气时间观察组为(28.37士10.31)h.对照组为(44.07士20.32)h,两组比较.差异均有极显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论 通气散外敷神厥穴能促进腹部术后肠蠕动,使肛门排气时间提前。To explore the recovery of intestinal function following abdominal surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of persistent analgesia following selective abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the observation group were subjected to Tongqi powder external application on acupoint. The time of peristaltic recovery and anal exsufflation was recorded. Results The time of peristaltic recovery and anal exsufflation in observation group and control group was (20. 83±7. 93) h, (30. 30±14. 86) h,(28. 37±10. 31) h and (44. 07±20. 32) h, respectively (P<0. 01). Conclusion Tongqi powder external application on acupoint can alleviate abdominal distention, promote the peristalsis and shorten the time of anal exsufflation.
