摘  要:目的 建立复方丹参方中丹参脂溶性成分的含量测定方法 ,初步探讨丹参与三七配伍后的变化规律。方法 采用HPLC法 ,以甲醇—水 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,于 2 5 4nm处检测。结果 丹参脂溶性成分的含量高低依次是隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ ;复方丹参方中丹参 /三七配比不同时 ,成分的含量及溶液稳定性有所差异。结论 本法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为复方丹参方的质量控制标准 ;复方丹参方中丹参脂溶性成分的稳定性及含量与丹参Objective To establish a method for quantitatively determining the fat soluble components in danshen (the dried root of Salvia miltiorrhiza) in Compound Danshen Formula (CDF), and to initially investigate the rule of their changes in quantity and stability in solution when danshen and sanqi (the dried root of Panax notoginseng) were blended together. Method HPLC techniques were used: the mobile phase was methanol water (75∶25), and the detecting wavelength was 254 nm. Results The contents of the three fat soluble components in danshen were of the order: cryptotanshinone>tanshinone IIA>tanshinone I; and their contents and stability in solution appeared to be different to a certain degree when danshen and sanqi were blended in different ratios in CDF. Conclusion The method is fast and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation of CDF; there is a nonlinear relationship between the stability and contents of the fat soluble components in danshen in CDF and the ratios in which danshen and sanqi are blended.
