摘　　要：论述了在数控机床上 ,利用通用数控系统并结合特殊机械结构生成阿基米德逼近曲线的一种新方法 ,分析了该逼近曲线的基本几何规律 ,指出了该曲线的几何特征 ,推导了其逼近误差的计算方法。在此基础上 ,讨论了在涡旋压缩机关键零件涡旋盘的数控加工中采用阿基米德逼近曲线的应用实例 ,分析了新型逼近曲线及直线、圆弧逼近曲线的逼近规律 ,指出了阿基米德逼近曲线的优点、应用意义及其工业价值。In this paper, a new method of Archimedean approximating curve is introduced by using universal CNC system and special mechanical configuration. The basic geometrical rules and characteristics are analysed,and the caculation method of approximating errors is put out. On the basis of these mentioned, the interpolation rules of swirl disc which is a key part of the swirl and CNC machining are applied as example for using approximating curve. In this example, the approximating rules of the new type approximating curve,linear and arc approximating curve are analysed, and the merit of Archimedean approximating curve,application significance and the value of engineering are pointed out.
