摘　　要：在当今各国比较流行的 NCD系统的基础上 ,提出了改进 ,考虑了索赔额度对被保险人历史记录 ,进而对其相应缴纳保费的影响 ,同时使被保险人的保费同其所承担风险具有一致性 .尤其对我国车险市场费率混乱的情况下 ,采用此系统更能保护被保险人的利益 。Based on the popular NCD system, this paper provided a new method to make premium rate by considering the influence of claim severity on the policyholders history, and also on his premium. Meanwhile, it made it consistency between the premium and the risks that the policyholders undertook. Especially for China's disordered motor insurance rate, it would be a great help, and can also improve the decision-making level.
