摘　　要：本研究提出以盐湖中卤虫卵壳作为几丁质的新来源 ,通过试验初步得出卵壳中含有约 2 0 %的几丁质 。Chitin is an amino sugar polysaccharide that serves as a supporting element in extracellular structure,notably in exoskeletons of arthropods and cell walls of various fungi. A preliminary study was made how to purify chitin from Artemia barkolica cysts shell?The study showed that the cysts shell contained about 20% of chitin.
