摘　　要：不同配方的母种培养基研究结果显示 ,PDA加富培养基、PDA阿魏菇残柄培养基、胡萝卜加富培养基可以取代常规PDA培养基。黄豆芽培养基、胡萝卜培养基也可以使阿魏菇母种组织块再生 。The effect of different medium formula on the mycelium growth of mother culture showed that rich PDA, ferule mushroom extract PDA, and rich carrot dextrose agar medium can be replaced by PDA to inoculate mother cult ure of Pleurotus ferulae. Soy bean sprouts extract medium and carrot extract medium had rejuvenated growth function of tissue part, but corn mea l medium had not the same effect.
