摘 要:用环烷酸镍 (Ni) /三异丁基铝 (Al)催化剂对SBS进行溶液均相加氢反应。研究了SBS质量分数、环烷酸镍质量分数、nAl/nNi、反应氢气压力、反应温度等工艺条件对SBS加氢度的影响。同时利用均匀设计法模拟并验证了优化的工艺条件 :SBS质量浓度为 80g/L、环烷酸镍的质量分数为 0 16 7%、nAl/nNi为 6、氢气压力为 2 5MPa、反应温度为 4 5℃、反应时间为 135min。优化工艺参数下的SEBS用溴碘法测其加氢度 ,用紫外光谱法测苯乙烯的变化量 ,结果表明碳碳双键加氢度达到 97 1% ,而苯环加氢度为 3 1% ,说明了该催化剂具有高活性和高选择性。The system of nickel naphthenate -triisobutyl aluminium as the homogeneous SBS solution hydrogenation's catalyst were studied for SBS hydrogenation. The hydrogenation technological factors including the ρ _ SBS , w _ Ni , n _ Al / n _ Ni , hydrogen pressure and reaction temperature were researched to find the reaction condition of SBS hydrogenation. The better hydrogenation technological referents were obtained by the uniform design with ρ _ SBS =80?g/L, w _ Ni =0.167%, n _ Al / n _ Ni =6, p _ H2 =2.5?MPa, T =45?℃ and t =135?min. Under this technological referents, the hydrogenation degree of unsaturated double bonds were found to be 97.1% by bromine-iodometric technique but the styrene blocks were hydrogenated only 3.1% by UV analysis. It indicates that the system of the catalyst has high activity and high selectivity to SBS hydrogenation.
