摘　　要：通过对交流电磁泵工艺参数测定及工艺研究,结合复杂铝合金铸件的特点,确定了电磁泵砂型低压铸造工艺。应用结果表明采用该技术生产的车用发动机缸盖复杂铝铸件综合性能良好。By the study and measurement on the imported electromagnetic pump's?technical parameters and the production peculiarities of the complex aluminium castings, it was stipulated for sand mould lowpressure casting process with the pump to make the complicate aluminium castings. The applied results manifestied that the integrated performance of the?cylinder's?top used for cars is good,which produced by the process.
