摘 要:针对当前网络化产品定制系统存在的主要问题 ,提出了一种网络化协同产品定制模式。该模式通过客户与企业协同的网络化产品定制过程 ,使制造企业能在全球范围内快速满足客户的多样化需求、充分发挥客户的创造性 ;通过与企业相关环节的系统集成 ,可以实现整个企业以客户需求为驱动的协调运行和资源共享。提出了网络化协同产品定制运行模式与组织模型 ,并给出了支持多种定制方式的客户需求定义方案。基于所提出的网络化协同产品定制运行模式 ,进行了系统集成研究 ,提出了一种 J2 EE平台下基于Product customization systems are important for enterprises to bring innovative and profitable products to market quickly. Aiming at the existing key problems on the product customization systems, this paper presents an internet-based product customization mechanism. The customer and the enterprise can design together for some special products under the help of the proposed system easily, moreover, the design data can be integrated into the enterprises' internal systems, such as ERP, CAD, etc.. So both the customer and the enterprise can benefit from the collaborative work. In this paper we proposed a kind of process model and organizational model for network-based customization, similarly, the approach of description for customers' requirements was also presented. Based on the process model for networked collaborative design, we proposed an approach that uses XML connector in the J2EE platform to integrate the data with the enterprises' internal system successfully. A case study was presented to illuminate the approach of the solution.
