摘　　要：分析了基于 Internet/Intranet的设计现状 ,讨论了基于浏览器 /服务器模式的机械产品设计资源共享系统的特点 ,提出了基于 Internet/In-tranet的机械产品设计资源共享系统模型。在此基础上设计开发了基于Based on the three-tier B/S (Browser/Server) structure, a resource sharing system of mechanical product design is established via Internet/Intranet technology. The advantages of the three-tier B/S structure used in resource sharing system are also discussed. And a parametric design system for gear transmission has been developed based upon the method presented in this paper.
