摘  要:探讨一种新的固态焊接技术 ,即对待焊接面激光处理后 ,再在一定变形条件下实施固态压接。以 40 Cr、T1 0 A钢为研究对象 ,采用激光相变淬火预处理 ,在 75 0~ 80 0℃、预压应力 5 6.6MPa、初始应变速率 0 .3× 1 0 - 2~ 7.0× 1 0 - 2 min- 1的条件下 ,经 40~ 30 0 s的等温压接 ,成功实现了两种钢的异材及同材固态焊接 ,接头强度可达母材强度 ,焊接变形很小 。A new solid state welding technique is discussed in this paper. It means that the materials will be joined at solid state under certain deformation conditions after the surfaces are quenched by laser. The two steels of 40Cr and T10A are used to be as objects for studying. At the welding conditions of 750~800℃,pre-stress 56.6Mpa,pre-strain speed 0.3×10 -2 ~7.0×10 -2 min -1 , the two steels are successfully welded through 40~300s whether the pair of 40Cr-T10A or 40Cr-40Cr after their surfaces are quenched by laser. The tensile strength of the joint reaches the intensity of 40Cr or T10A steel and the deformation of sample is at the range of exactitude welding.
