摘  要:目的 :观察气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀与血小板活化分子α-颗粒膜蛋白 (CD6 2 p)、溶酶体完整膜蛋白 (CD6 3)、淋巴细胞巨噬细胞分化抗原 - 1(CD11b/ CD18)细胞黏附分子表达的关系。方法 :采用单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪技术 ,研究不同病种气滞血瘀和气虚血瘀患者血小板活化分子 CD6 2 p、CD6 3及淋巴细胞膜 CD11b/ CD18的表达。结果 :气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀组患者的 CD6 2 p、CD6 3及 CD11b/ CD18表达量皆显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;气滞血瘀组患者的 CD6 2 p、CD6 3及 CD11b/ CD18表达量也皆显著高于气虚血瘀组患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD6 2 p与 CD6 3、CD11b/ CD18表达量明显相关 (r =0 .74 0 ,P <0 .0 1;r =0 .781,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血瘀证患者的 CD6 2 p、CD6 3及CD11b/ CD18表达量明显增加 。Objective:To observe the correlation between platelet activation molecules α granule membrane glycoprotein(CD62p),lysosomal integral membrane protein(CD63),macrophage antigen compound(CD11b/CD18) on lymphocyte and two TCM syndromes,blood stasis due to Qi stagnation(BSQS) and blood stasis due to Qi defiency(BSQD).Methods:Expressions of platelet activating molecules CD62p,CD63 and CD11b on lymphocyte in patients with BSQS or BSQD were determined quantiatively with flow cytometry and specific monoclonal antibody against activated platelet.Results:Expressions of CD62p,CD63 and CD11b in the above patients are higher than those in the normal control group significantly(P<0.01).Expressions of CD62p,CD63 and CD11b in the BSQS group were higher than those in the BSQD(P<0.05).A positive correlation was shown between CD62p and CD63(r=0.744,P<0.01)and that between CD62p and CD11b(r=0.781,P<0.01).Conclusion:Expressions of CD62p,CD63 and CD11b in blood stasis patients are higher than those in normal people,and the increased degree of expressions might be related to the types of blood stasis.
