摘 要:对9个猕猴桃品种(金魁、79-3、79-1、79-5、秦美、华美2号、海沃德、美味硬、中华软)的一年生枝条皮孔及其显微结构进行解剖构造的观察和测定。结果表明:不同品种间枝条的皮孔密度和长度差异显著,并且与品种抗病性成正相关,其相关系数为0.8978*和0.9278*。不同品种间枝条的显微细胞结构特征差异有一定的显著性,与品种抗病性可能相关。发病高峰期,各品种枝条皮孔相比病害始发期均有在数目及大小上增加的现象,但增幅不明显,品种间增幅存在差异。可以把枝条皮孔的密度及长度作为抗溃疡病的形态结构的鉴定指标。The anatomic structure of the annual shoot and the microstructure from 9 cultivars of kiwifruits was studied.The results showed that the density and length of branch hole skin were significantly different in resistance to kiwifruit bacterial canker caused by Pseuomonas syringae pv.actinidae among the cultivars,and in positive correlation with the disease resistance,r1=08978,r2=09278.The microstructure of branch hole skin was also significantly different among the cultivars.The density and length of branch hole skin increased after the bud,but the extension of increase was not apparent,and there were differences in the extent of increase among the cultivars.The characteristics of shoot tissues could be one of the criteria for bacterial canker resistance of kiwifruit.
