双条杉天牛产卵量与卵期预测预报的研究初报

摘　　要：准确测报双条杉天牛发生量与幼虫孵化期,是防治成败的关键。经过2001年底至2002年5月的研究试验,得出产卵量与体长、肩宽、体长和肩宽的积的相关方程式分别为:y1=-122.67+14.014x1长,n=42,r1=0.6982>r0.01=0.392;y2=-160.65+53.9x2宽,n=42,r2=0.8755>r0.01=0.392;y3=-57.7+22.37x3长×宽,n=42,r3=0.8526>r0.01=0.392。卵发育起点温度:C=(8.86±0.41)℃,有效积温K=(68.01±3.49)DD。经应用及检验与实际相符合。Semanotus bifasciatus (Motschulsky) is one of the most serious pests of cypressaceae plants.In order to control the pest,it is very important to accurately forecast the amount and abounding in incubation period of larva.From the end of 2001 to May of 2002,length,width,length and width product,weight and ovipositing amount,feeding in various condition,and constant temperature were studied in Hefei,the results showed that there were relations between ovipositing amount and length,width,length and width product.Detail regression equations were respectively:y1=-12267+14014x1,n=42,r1=06982>r001=0392;y2=-16065+539x2,n=42,r2=08755>r001=0392;y3=-577+2237x3,n=42,r3=08526>r001=0392.The initial temperature for the period of development of the egg C and effective accumulated temperature K were found.They were C=(886±041) ℃;K=(6801±349) DD.Based on those parameters,the forecast was quite successful.
