摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜研究固硫剂微观结构表明,添加剂CaCl2和MgCl2可以改变固硫剂孔结构,使固硫剂孔隙增加.不同的添加剂作用效果不同,经CaCl2处理的CaO形成连同性好、孔径较大的沟槽;而经MgCl2处理CaO形成孔径较小的孤立圆形孔.添加剂量增加,CaO颗粒内裂隙数量增加,破裂成的碎块越细.添加剂改变固硫剂孔结构的作用机理在于碱金属或碱土金属离子的扩散迁移导致固硫剂晶体结构破坏和加热过程中的热应力共同作用.The pore structure of CaO treated with CaCl2 solution and MgCl2 solution was studied by a scanning electric microscope. The results indicated that effects resulted from the various additives were different The pores of CaO treated with CaCl2 solution are connected each other, and the diameter of pores are larger The pore diameters of CaO treated with MgCl2 solution are smaller and the pores are isolated With the quantity of additives increases, the amount of cracks in the CaO particles also increase and the cracked fractions are smaller The reasons of pore structure forming in the sulfur retention agents are that ion moving of an alkaline metal or an alkaline earth metal destroys the crystal structure of sulfur retention agents, and then hot stress in the agents enlarges the cracks and makes them connecting each other
