摘　　要：阐述了科学监测的目的、意义及其内涵,提出了实现科学监测现阶段的途径是:监测工作应具有计划性,监测方案应具有可行性,操作程序应具有规范性,监测技术应具有先进性,监测数据应具有有效性,监测结论应具有客观性。The goal, significance and content of scientific monitoring were discussed. The way to realize scientific monitoring included to make monitoring work more planned, monitoring programme more feasible, operating procedure more standardization, monitoring technique more advanced, monitoring data more effective, and monitoring conclusion more objective.
