摘　　要：加入WTO后,中国将在WTO的规则下开展经济贸易活动,在开放竞争中发展。信息产业将面临新的国外竞争对手、新的竞争规则和发展环境。因此准确把握和顺应世界信息产业发展的趋势,充分运用世贸组织的有关规则扬长避短、趋利避害,在与国外通信业的竞争合作中实现共赢和发展,仍然是中国信息产业面临的重大课题。After joining WTO, China shall carry out economical and commercial activities according to WTO principles and develop itself in the opening to the outside world. The information industry will meet with new foreign competitons, new competition rules and developmental circumstance, so it is still the major task of China's information industry to accurately grasp and comply with the developmental trend of the world information industry, make full use of the relevant rules of WTO, develop the strong points and avoid the weak points, tend towards gains and stay away from losses, to fulfill common success and development by way of competition and cooperation with foreign communication industry.
