摘　　要：(续上期 )云南跨境民族问题在全国具有典型性和代表性。作为多民族、多宗教的边疆省份 ,云南的跨境民族问题没有激化 ,云南不会发生严重的民族分裂行为 ,边疆民族地区是稳定团结的 ,但要维护国家安全和社会稳定 ,要完善和改进的地方还很多 ,例如 :制定正确的民族政策、坚持和完善民族区域自治制度、扶持民族经济、发展民族教育、培养民族干部……等 ,本课题所研究的问题 ,仅供党和政府及有关部门参考。continuing the last journal) Cross-border nationalities issue in Yunnan is typical in the whole nation. Efforts to defend national security and social stability are needed to be improved even though there are no acute cross-border nationalities issue, no severe nationalities dissensions in Yunnan, a province of various nationalities and religion. Measures are as followed: drawing up correct policy and holding on the regional autonomy of minority nationalities, giving aid to national economy, education and leaders training. Achievements gained in the academic project are expected to be used as reference only for the Party, government and authorities concerned.
