摘　　要：信息技术的发展引发了商业方法软件的法律保护问题,而知识产权保护的地域性使得该问题的有效解决不仅需要各国知识产权法的协调,而且需要国际知识产权法的全面拓展。古祖雪《国际知识产权法》一书为这一问题的有效解决提供了新的理论论证。With the development of IT, the legal protection problem is initiated in Software Related Business Methods .The protection of intellectual property rights makes it necessary to reconcile Intellectual Property Laws of different countries and comprehensively expand the contents of International Intellectual Property Law. Gu Zuxue′s International Intellectual Property Law provides a new theoretical argument for the efficient solution to the problem.
