摘　　要：本文认为,对风险的承担事实上只是获得企业所有权的条件之一,而不是所有权功能本身,企业所有权的主要功能在于为交易效率最低的活动定价。不同产业所面临的不确定性差别使得产业间人力资本的交易效率也有所不同,这是产业间股权差别的基础。在其他因素相同的条件下,自然状态的不确定性越大,人力资本参与企业剩余分配的比例越大。To assume risk is only one of the conditions o n which ownership is conferred.The main function of ownership is to price activiti es whose trade efficiency is lowest.Difference of uncertainty between industries makes the trade efficiency of human capital in different industries different, which is the base of stock equity difference between industries.The larger the u ncertainty of nature state is,the larger the stock equity conferred on human cap ital.
