摘　　要：通过对屋面雨水渗透动力特性的研究,分析了平屋面渗漏的主要原因,并在此基础上提出了具有坡屋面防水构造特性的平屋面构造防水原理。同时介绍了“组装式等压构造保温防水上人装饰平屋面研究”课题的主要内容。Based upon the research on characteristics of driving force of rainwater permeation,the article analyses main reasons for leaking of flat roof and proposes principle of constructional waterproofing of flat roof which has the same waterproof construction features as pitched roof.In addition,main contents of the re-seach titled'A flat roof with con-structional waterproofing'is introduced.
