广东承接新一轮国际产业转移的策略研究

摘　　要：新一轮国际产业转移孕育着新的机遇,广东应以这次产业转移为契机,及时调整产业发展路向,并通过营造适宜产业发展的环境、创新利用引资渠道、发挥产业“簇群”效应、培育技术创新体系、重构粤港澳经贸合作平台等措施,有效承接国际产业转移。The paper points out that a new round international industrial transfer is pregnant with good opportunities for Guangdong to orient and shape its industrial development. It suggests that in order to take on effective transfer, Guangdong adopt measures such as creating a favorable environment, expanding channels to attract foreign capitals, taking advantages of the industrial clusters, set-ting up technological innovative systems, restructuring an economic cooperation platform for Guangdong, Hongkang and Macao, etc.
