摘　　要：通过对目前上海市房型市场分析,论述了住宅设计、房型发展的趋势:户型面积趋向实用化,功能分区更为明显,功能配套更趋完善,户型设计更为贴近人性化。并结合实例点评了各种房型。Based on analysis of present house types in Shanghai,the author discusses the tendency of housing design and housing types:the floor area of house more practical;division of functions more distinct;disposition of auxiliaries more complete and design of dwelling size more pro-human.In this paper,various types of houses are commented with practical examples.
