摘 要:PAMS聚合物(2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙碳酸/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺多元共聚物)钻井液自1998年3月开始现场应用以来,至2003年10月底已在中原油田不同区块累计推广应用100多口井。应用结果表明,PAMS聚合物钻井液体系具有良好的降滤失作用,热稳定性好,抑制性和抗温抗盐能力强,防塌效果好,井壁稳定。在易水化膨胀地层及高密度钻井液中能较好地控制低密度固相含量和团相的分散度,有利于固相清除,提高钻井液的稳定性,减少钻井液的处理频率,其抗温抗盐和抗钙镁污染能力显著优于传统聚合物钻井液体系,钻进中钻井液性能维护处理简单,且使用方便。统计结果表明,PAMS聚合物钻井液与传统聚合物钻井液相比,钻井液成本平均节约16.5%,显示出较好的技术经济效益和社会效益。The PAMS(2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid/acrylic acid/acrylamide) copolymer drilling fluids were used in more than one hundred wells of Zhongyuan Oilfield from March in 1998 to the end of October in 2002. The application results showed that the PAMS copolymer drilling fluids had very good capacity in depressing filtrate loss, heat stability, inhibition, heat resistance and salt tolerance, protection against collapse, and stability of well wall. The PAMS copolymer could control the content and dispersity of low density solid in the stratum easy to hydrate and the high density drilling fluid, make for solid clearance, improve stability of drilling fluid, and reduce disposal frequency. The PAMS copolymer drilling fluids had better heat resistance and salt tolerance than traditional polymer drilling fluids. The drilling fluids were easy to maintain, treat, and use. Compared with traditional polymer drilling fluids,they could reduce 16.5% of the cost of drilling fluids and show good economic and social benefits.
